Bean has 20 years industry experience in management roles, and is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of South Florida, with special expertise in use of technology to support organizational change. Cindy Bean founded BEAN&BEAN Consulting in 1989, and has been active in industry organizations and as a conference and professional speaker.
Dr. Cindy Bean earned her undergraduate Marketing Degree from Canisius College, an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, and a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida, focusing on organizational change, focusing on changes to virtual working and nomadic work modes.
