Dr. Cynthia J. Bean is an educator, facilitator, and professional public speaker. She earned her Ph.D. in organizational communication from the University of South Florida, her M.B.A. from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and her B.S. in Marketing from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. Cindy Bean is on the faculty of the College of Business at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior (topics include: personality, motivation, teams, leadership, communication, and organizational culture) and Organization Development and Change (theory and practice of organizational change dynamics). Her research focuses on organizational change, and the social psychology and communication aspects of sensemaking. Dr. Cindy Bean is a qualified MBTI professional.

Dr. Andrew Bean has 30 years industry and management experience internationally in multiple business functions. He has developed and led high performance teams across both a wide range of business skills, and across multiple geographic regions. Andrew obtained Triple First Class Honors at Cambridge University in England, followed by a doctorate, before entering industry. Apart from being CEO of BEAN&BEAN Consulting, Dr. Bean teaches MBA business courses for online universities. He has received the Distinguished Toastmasters award from Toastmasters International, recognizing his communication accomplishments.
