Organization Change and Change Management Workshops

We offer specific workshops as outlined below:

Leadership Development workshop. This workshop is designed to improve personal and professional effectiveness by learning how to establish relationships that inspire, motivate and guide others to achieve results.
Teams Team-building workshop. Organizations thrive through using teams to develop new products, identify and implement programs, improve quality, increase productivity and solve problems.
Emotional Intelligence workshop. Decisions and actions are influenced by how well you use your emotional intelligence.
Organizational Communication workshop. This workshop provides practical insights into organizational communication issues, including gender communication, and explores aspects of communication required to stimulate commitment and enthusiasm geared to improve organizational performance. Participants will engage in analysis of communication needs for meeting organizational goals and objectives.

Seminar Leaders and Trainers

Dr. Cindy Bean has over 20 years industry and management experience, has published in a range of management, marketing and communication journals, and spoken at many conferences. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication, and is Asst. Professor of Management at the University of South Florida. She teaches courses on organizational behavior, organization development, leadership and teams, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as continuing research in these areas.

Dr. Andrew Bean has 30 years industry and management experience internationally in multiple business functions, having created and led high performance teams that were both multinational and multifunctional. Apart from being CEO of BEAN&BEAN Consulting, he also teaches MBA business courses for online universities.
