Andrew R. Bean Ph.D.

Before joining BEAN&BEAN Consulting, Andrew Bean gained 19 years experience with various divisions of Mars, Inc. in Europe, Australia and the U.S. including 4 years as Sales Development Director for M&M/Mars. He also held the position of Management Sciences Director for 4 years, managing internal Mars, Inc. consultants across all functions with personal responsibility for Sales and Marketing information systems, Sales organization strategy and trade strategy. During the past 16 years with BEAN&BEAN Consulting, he has led consulting projects for many leading consumer goods manufacturers in the areas of Sales information, category management, and marketing.

Andrew Bean obtained his B.A. degree at Cambridge University in England, and earned a Ph.D. before entering the CPG business over 30 years ago. He has taught MBA courses on Marketing, International Marketing, Global Environment of Business and Managing Innovation at Cardean, a leading online university. Cynthia J. Bean Ph.D.

Cindy Bean started her career with SuperValu Stores, Inc. in a marketing research function. She has held client service positions with both Information Resources and ACNielsen. For 4 years, she held senior positions with Food Brokers, managing the marketing services function across multiple geographies. She has been active in industry organizations and as a conference and professional speaker.

Cindy Bean earned her undergraduate Marketing Degree from Canisius College, an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, and a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida, focusing on organizational change. She has 20 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, and is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of South Florida, with special expertise in use of technology to support organizational change.
