BEAN&BEAN Consulting, Inc., is delighted to announce that Cindy Bean has been awarded a Ph.D. degree from the University of South Florida, following completion of her dissertation research on organizational change, especially the transition to virtual and nomadic modes of working. She will start a position as Asst. Professor of Management at USF in August, and will be continuing to work with companies to help them understand factors influencing the success with which workers transition to flexible, technology-supported ways of working.
